By joining the CIO SurfCamp, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: Membership is open to executives and senior managers from large and medium-sized companies who are interested in surfing and professional networking.
Community Guidelines:
Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Refrain from spamming or sharing irrelevant content.
Content Sharing and Intellectual Property:
Only share content you own or have permission to share. By posting content, you grant the CIO SurfClub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content within the community. Do not share members’ personal information without consent.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Liability:
The CIO SurfClub is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in the community or its events.
Event Participation:
Participation in surfing events is at your own risk. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with surfing and release the CIO SurfClub from any liability.
Termination of Membership:
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate these T&C or engage in inappropriate behavior.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

Governing Law:
